Pineapple Sherbet




Assemble these supplies:

1 1/2 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup orange or tangerine juice
1 cup lime or kalamansi juice
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice (tinned)
1 cup skimmed milk
1 can evaporated milk

Steps in preparation:

Mix all together and put in ice tray—freeze until the sides turn hard and then take out and beat until smooth—freeze again.
