Assemble these supplies:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup chocolate squares, melted
Steps in preparation:
- Boil the sugar and water together until a thick syrup.
- Cool; add to beaten egg yolks.
- Pour into individual ovenproof dishes.
- Bake in a 300° preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until set.
- Let the creams cool a little; then pour the chocolate over the creams.
- Refrigerate before serving.
