Ingredients:
- 6 pieces gluten steak
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups lemon-lime drink
- 2 tablespoons tomato catsup
- 2 cups diced potatoes, fried
- 1/4 cup water
Steps in preparation:
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Roll gluten in it.
- Brown the steaks on both sides in the melted margarine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, including the leftover flour-salt mixture.
- Cook till thickened.
