Kamote Bread




Assemble these supplies:

1 cup finely shredded kamote
1 cup flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder Lemon rind (optional)

Steps in preparation:

Sift dry ingredients. Add shredded kamotes. Then add the milk and mix thoroughly. Pour in a well-greased pan and bake in a moderate hot oven for 40 minutes.
